The German Battery Law (BattG) has incorporated this directive into German law since 2009. Sellers, retailers, and manufacturers who sell batteries in Germany either online or offline are required to register the batteries with the German authorities. We provide you with authorization, registration, quantity reporting, labeling, and battery purchase services in Germany.
The European Packaging Directive 94/62/EC (PACK) regulates the placement of packaging on the market and the recycling of packaging waste.
